    I am a brand new member a mature self employed hands on trades-woman from the Huon Valley Tasmania

    I adore my breathtaking private
    riverfront acreage but am maybe considering a more urban change.

    I am no stranger to forums & am happy to oblige via my advice when time permits & if I can help.

    I will likely move to Melbourne or in close proximity to Melbourne.

    Ideally without the necessity of a mortgage hence the low budget preference,
