    My name is Peter and I am a health worker in the 30s looking to add to my property portfolio. I was a regular visitor to Somersoft however never got the chance to join the forum. Currently I have 3 IPs around Sydney

    I currently hold a PPOR in undisclosed place paid off
    One 2-bedroom unit in Zetland
    One 2-bedroom unit in Macquarie Park near AMP shopping centre
    One 1-bedroom unit in North Ryde near cemetery and train station
    Looking to buy units however in the current weather probably hold off a bit for the price to fall further
