    Somersoft was always good for finding great property people. I'm sure Propertychat will be a winner as well. It's a great looking site!

    A great suggestion Jamie. Somersoft has been an incredible, life-changing resource for me as an investor (and a human). API's 100,000+ readership would do well to have a point in the right direction as I'm sure many readers haven't stumbled across SS yet.

    I noticed Jan Somers contributing to API recently, too.

    is it a good thing for SS / PC to grow numbers? i can see a down side that more numbers could undermine the quality work done on SS, plus make life difficult for the mods to keep the irregular viewers in check.
    SS was out there but you had to search and know what your looking for to really appreciate its power.
    i am no forum expert but just worry that it msy increase undesirable posters

    Interesting take. I'd guess that given the property theme mostly people with a genuine interest in the topic would want to be here. It's an interesting discussion though – certainly wouldn't want to create a space where the core community was upset. What are others thoughts?

    probably best to run it by sim, mods and the gurus of SS. also sim and the mods will be the busy ones i guess!
    i understand people who get the mag are intersted in investing but other forums dont have the same clientel as here.
