You've piked my interest on where/how you're working with developers and builders to then meet clients financial situations? i.e. if someone wants to buy an existing property or that best meets their needs how does this work Excuse the tough question although having worked in the industry and seeing the product that companies are getting paid commission on it's something I ask up-front

Hi Jefn89 Thanks for your post. My intro had been edited by Admin so it is a much shorter version of what I do. I realise there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” investment strategy so we offer a personalised service which includes a simple, but mandatory, eight step process that ultimately defines a tailored strategy for their individual circumstance. If and when they ultimately purchase a property I get paid by the builder or developer.
Hi Carla, I'm interested to know how you tailor a strategy when all you offer is new property? In my experience a tailored investment strategy would consist of more than just buy and hold - for example, how do you tailor it if one of your applicants is a tradie with relevant renovating skills that could be put to good use? Do you suggest a strategy that includes property you don't sell?
Welcome to the forum Carla. So, you offer your services as a Buyers Mentor (from your website) free, but get paid by the builder/developer. I'm glad to see there's no conflict of interest perceived or otherwise, there.
Welcome to the forums. Just to clarify the above, do any of your strategies you tailor for your clients not result in them buying something from your associated builders/developers? ie. do you act independantly in the best interest of your clients, or just sell OTP
Hi Jess If my client doesn't already have a financial planner and accountant, then I would recommend that they first seek advice from these experts before we proceed. I have access to good wholesale property Australia wide.
