Hi all - 29 year old with two IP at the moment. One in Darwin and one in regional tas. Jumped on here to learn more about purchasing the next one ... as these places were both PPOR at one stage or another so not really planned as investment properties and thus not necessarily purchased at the best time from an investment point of view !
North west coast ... Just moved back 6 months ago from Darwin after being up there almost 4 years ! Bit different way of life but I'm slowly getting used to it again!
Haha you must be freezing after Darwin! I moved to WA to thaw out, literally looked at the weather report one day and moved to the hottest capital city Still love going back though, it's such a beautiful place.
