    Hi folks,

    Getting into property investment after telling myself (and others) for many years that it is the best way to finance one's retirement (if done correctly, of course).

    Having moved countries/continents every few years, I've always found an excuse not to buy (PPOR/IP), but finally bought a PPOR end-2013 and now have tenants in the granny flat we built out back, so doing double-duty as an IP too.

    Anyway, really hoping to learn from all of you experienced folk, and have already enjoyed what I've read on the forum so far.

    You would have done very well in Sydney from 2013 onwards. The market only started rising late 2012!
