Hi all. Another migrant from the SS forums. Firstly, I wish Sim the best of luck with the new property chat forum. It would be good to see this turn into Australia's leading property investment forum. A bit about me, I'm a digital marketing specialist that runs my own company. I love any and all things business and investment related. Currently we have 1 property which we are in the midst of selling later this month. I'm a city slicker (with 3 great kids), that loves the beach, hiking (when my knees are up to it), riding (bicycle - Munda Biddi Trail looks interesting.) and is looking forward to travelling extensively throughout Europe with my family (longer term goal when the kids are a bit older and the money flows a little more freely.). The plan is simple, generate cashflow via the business and channel this into various asset classes to enable us to be completely financially independent within 7 years.
