    Hi everyone, so happy to be a member of Property Chat after many years of "having a look." During this time I have been both informed and entertained by so many generous members.I am a self funded retiree and live on a beautiful small acreage property between Brisbane and the Gold Coast which is quickly getting built out with sub divisions. My husband and I also have a small block of land in Kallaroo, W.A. which we hope to build on one day My interests are Lic's and small property developments. Cheers for now.

    Hmmm...just looking at the map. Well I'd go to Cragie and then we'd head off to Hillarys, from there up to Mull-aloo obviously and end up Wanneroo.

    We sold in Ocean Reef in the early nineties, Sold in two days for full ask at $178,000. Ah the good old days. :)
