    Hi everyone,
    Have just signed up after a couple of weeks of casually reading some of the topics on here.
    Have learnt a lot already, but obviously still have much more learning in front of me.

    I currently own my PPOR & hold 1 IP that I bought a long time ago.

    *Yes I guess at present I'm one of those Aussies you often hear about that haven't as yet got past their first IP purchase.

    Good time to be thinking about 2017 goals....
    On the flip side owning for sometime means potentially you have decent equity to go shopping ...and be aggressive and focused on whatever goal you may have..
