    Hi all. We have just joined Property Chat and it looks like a great place to find like minded people. We moved to Hobart approximately 3 years ago from Victoria to be closer to family. We own and operate an Airbnb Property Management business and photography business in Hobart.

    Welcome to the forum . There is a scattering of forumites who live or invest in Hobart .

    We bought a block of four units in New Town in 2002 and a house in Claremont around 20 months ago .
