    Hi All,

I own Citysleepz, an Airbnb property management company servicing the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, and we help landlords and owners increase their rental returns while minimizing their involvement in the letting process. We also help people make some extra cash when going away on holiday or business.

I'm new to this forum and thought I'd join to see who we might be able to help.

    Hi Ben,

As a property manager, I'd be keen to hear more about your AirBNB service if you want to PM me?

    Hi Ben
Interesting concept. An airbnb PM for those who can't manage it themselves/all too hard etc. Great idea! How is business going and do you provide statements for tax purposes for landlords?

    Hi Jacque and EN710,

After my initial post I was notified that I shouldn't have promoted my business (rightly so, I hadn't read the terms of use) but it seems appropriate that I provide a general response not related to my business so that I don't ignore your questions.

Airbnb provides hosts with monthly statements and any good property manager will provide a monthly invoice and statement so that customers will have all the details that they require come tax time.

With regards to insurance, this is multifaceted. Airbnb provides host protection insurance, all licensed Property Managers are required to have professional indemnity insurance but I would always recommend to a landlord that they have their own landlord insurance.

Hope that helps and is ok as "general feedback".
