hi all I'm a newby on a property forum. Just finished watching a Dymphna webinar and it was interesting and quite inspiring but I'm sceptical. I googled her and found mainly supportive comments but a few concerning ones too. So I thought I would hang out here for a while before making any decisions. I live in the southwest of WA, Busselton. I spent 16 years in the real estate industry in Perth, selling lots of investment properties to investors but never purchased one myself.....I know, maybe I'm not that smart! Anyway, the time has come to seriously study the market and make a move forward. Looking forward to learning from you all and hopefully contributing in any way I can.
