    Hi guys,

    Glad to be part of this community. I'm Mitchelle and I'm with Benevolence Financial Group in New South Wales. We are a social enterprise mortgage broker investing up to 50% of our commissions to a social cause our customers care about.

    Tax saving scheme.....?

    0.24% of the loan to charity. Not nothing but be nice to hear that upfront. Dollars confuse things, but you probably know this.

    as opposed to just giving the borrower the rebate and the borrower can donate or whatever. What value are you adding to the charity process?

    If you are going to copy and paste, it should be proofread first.
