    Just checking back in after a while away from the forums.

    Things financially are going well with me, and I'm looking to upgrade from an apartment to a house but I'm not looking forward to actually paying stamp duty this time around :)

    Stock investments have not performed as well as had I simply put that money into the offset, but I'm beating the index, I'll probably sell out to take the edge off the lifestyle hit of a bigger mortgage.

    Hows everyone going?

    Thoughts on upsizing to a house these days? Thoughts on local stocks?
