Help with info plz, i lease a unit and police raided it...

So ,soounds bad ,but a disgruntled neighbour made a false tip off that i was using or selling drugs , i obviously wasnt , although i had a pack of vallium(diazapam) there that wasnt mine ,i asked my property manager at the realty about something the next day and they braught it up that the police had raided me with a warrant ....basic question is , how much are they told , and how much are they told , cos it looks bad clearly ! But im not in trouble..... Does anyone know the rights to infomation in this case ? QLD law.... ? Someone please ease my mind !!! I think they are going to renew my lease ,and this place is home !!???????

From here your best option will be to split the diazepam tabs with your PM. From there you can go on a drug fuelled bender of ever more extreme exploits. The PM's serious and worried nature will offset well against your Zach Galifinakis-esque qualities, at first placing you in an "odd-couple" style pairing but in the end having you bond over your shared adventures and your relationship stronger for the experience.

Well my roommate "gets on it " hes away working , they found a bong in his room and a coffee grinder , they said im not being charged for them , but theyre on the pink slip they left me...also i asked my doc for a vallium script and he gave me one ,so im kinda saying thought they were an old script of mine... So not in trouble there ,but how much info about all this do my oroperty managers have the rights too....?

You would be very lucky if you did not get in trouble for the Vallium - Remembering that they are a prescription drug and the box would not have had your details on it.

Further - You keep sprouting more and more information the longer this goes on. Your first post would have lead everyone to believe that you were there by yourself and you had done nothing wrong (Aside from Possess Drug of Dependence - Prescription Medication). Now as it turns out, your mate is there ripping bongs flat out.

There is also the possibility that you live in some sort of secured apartment, and that the Police could have spoken with the PM about getting access to your building.

There is no point them waiting downstairs as you flush everything.

If you were worried about your rental history - Don't do drugs.

If you want to use drugs, grow a set and own the consequences.

 

No u made a few obvious assumptions , but hes away FIFO , his door was locked , my doc reissued me a vallium script with my name on it ect ,to show they were not for recreation , sooo you think they went to the agency first , or after their little nose around...
