    Hello all,
I was a lurker on SS but decided to participate on the new forum.

I've been property investing since 2010, accumulating 9 in total (8 if we exclude my wife's IP). Built (or at least paid someone to build) one granny flat so ten sets of tenants.

Currently unemployed or maybe retired - sitting on the fence - few years before I can get at my super so according to the government too young to retire.

My avatar is my cat dancing for her dinner. She was born in my garden, under the deck, from a feral mother. She's still a bit feral as we didn't adopt her until she was (we guess) about 6-8 weeks old.

Want to share some number on the portfolio? 9 in 5 years is a massive effort. Very interested in dwelling types, suburbs, purchase prices, current rents :)

Mostly equity but most of that (if not all) came my PPOR for which the original loan is now fully paid down. So no non taxable deductable debt.

I've still got quite a lot of unused equity but have no job so my servicabilty is a bit stuffed.
