    Hi everyone. I haven't been on in yonks, but I decided to look at the Somersoft forum and WHOA!!! I'm still typing a bit dazed at the change, but things look very familiar here.

    Well, glad I got my username back. Looking forward to talking to everyone else who's interested in property. I've been expanding from from property (the I side of the four quadrants) and have turned on the entrepreneurial bent as well (the B side).

    I love being with exciting people who are looking to have fun with hammers, nails, agents and "other people's money".

    Simon is a legend and I love what he has done and continues to do with this site...just like the Somersoft one. Well done!
