    Hello & Happy New Year everyone, i've been reading the forum from SS era and this is first time post. I found this forum extremely helpful and I can only wish I'd found this forum earlier so that I won't make some of the past mistakes in IP investment. Truely appreciate all the knowledge sharing on the forum. Let's hope 2016 a good year!

    Thanks everyone! since all my latest purchase are in QLD, 1 one 2014 and 1 in this year, i'd say GOGOGO BNE for 2016!!!:rolleyes:
