Hi all My name is Ricky and I am from the Ryde area. I have been a long time reader of this forum but only just started engaging with the community. I am a qualified building designer with the BDAA and have been in the building industry for over 10 years. I have previously taken up roles such as senior designer, senior draftsman and group drafting manager with some of the biggest builders in NSW such as Rawson Homes and Clarendon Homes, as well as some smaller tier 2 builders. It's great to learn there are many like-minded people in this community who utilises real estate to capitalise and build wealth. I am sure there are plenty for me to learn off other members in this community. I look forward to meeting with some of you in the networking events!
