Hello from Newcastle!

    Hello all.

    My name is Scott. I am a married father of two girls (4 and 2). We live in Belmont, which is a suburb of Lake Macquarie, just south of Newcastle.

    We have our PPOR, as well as two new build IP houses, one at Morisset (been rented for 2 years now) and another at Wadalba (now been rented for 12 months). These are both suburbs of the Central Coast. The Wadalba property has seen approximately 12% growth in the 12 months we have owned it, which is good.

    We are seeking another project now, our first renovation! Wish us luck.

    I run a WHS Consultancy Company, and my wife is a wedding photographer.

    Yeah Mayfield sure looks like it's booming at the moment.

    We are looking more lakeside where growth hasn't exploded yet. A suburb near us got ranked in the top 10 in Australia to invest in at the moment.
