    Hello to all. Intermittent long time consumer of SS but finally aboard PC at last!
    Currently just devouring all the information and goss on PC but intend to ask and learn from
    the learned folks as I go on my somewhat delayed property investing journey. 50 yr old male
    with just a single development potential investment property apart from PPOR, hence the name
    Now or never :)
