    Hello everyone.

    This is my first post so please be kind.

    I have been reading through this forum for a little while and there is really great information, thank you to everyone for your contributions.

    I have purchased and sold properties in the past, all in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

    My PPOR has done well in terms of CG. I am currently looking for an IP, after confirming how much the bank will lend me, I am narrowing down my search to something within my budget, which seems to be getting harder as time passes.

    Hi, Im in the north too. Will you stick to the northern suburbs for your next IP?

    Hello Esel, I would love to stick to the Northern suburbs, but unfortunately it is out of my budget. I think some suburbs in the North could have good CG in the long term.
