    Hi - I just found this forum, and thought it would be great to join and hear what everyone is talking about in real estate across the country.

    My husband and I run a building and pest inspection business here in South West WA, specialising in pre-purchase residential property checks: Nightingale Property Inspections

    I am also studying an Advanced Diploma of Building Biology and I'll be applying those skills within the property industry soon, starting with air quality testing on established properties as well as advising on new builds and developments around mould, allergens, asbestos etc.
