    I'd love to know more about how your valuations work, and perhaps you could consider becoming a business member? I don't believe there's many valuers around here and we would love to share in your knowledge.

    Interesting price point for a valuation but for additional price guidance (especially for the new, underquoted markets etc) is can provide a better guide.
