    Hi, I'm a newbie to Property Chat.

    I love property and I've been investing for a number of year now. I'm always keen to learn and discover more about the property sector.

    I'm currently based in Sydney and I'm looking at taking on some development projects going forward.

    Any tips or advice?

    HI @Felix Taing

    When I was interested in development this is what I did.

    1. Buy quite a few books on it
    2. Talk to other developers on the forum and not from the forum
    3. Engaged in a development course

    I don't think you can go far wrong if you do some of that. just my opinion.
