    Hello All,

    I can not believe that we are only a couple of days away from a new financial year!!1

    I thought it would be nice for every one to share there current achievements this year!!!

    Here are some of the things I have achieved
    1) Bought a IP in Melbourne which was cash flow positive from day 1 and since I bought it under market value the property has a nice gain on it already.
    2) Our development project is only 4 months away from being completed!!
    3) Mortgage business has grown to another and level :)
    4) I have truly made some new friends from my business.
    5) My wife and I are keeping fit as we both train three times a day...
