    Hi All

I have just purchased my 2nd investment and looking at the first one was ok as used an excel doc.

But was just wondering if anyone could recommend a better system

I use real estate agents to manage but just want to be able to track how the properties are performing

What sort of performance do you want to track, exactly? Rent and expenses can be easily done in excel. There is no accurate source for growth or even market value.

From reading your post, it appears that you are going through an agency to manage the property.

If so the majority of property managers use one of 3 online property management platforms that allow you to log in and view everything, whenever you wish. We use Property Tree for our managements and it gives a graphic analysis on each of the monthly statements, i assume that the other agency platforms do the same.

I'm not sure what the issue is. As @The Y-man said, just copy everything into another tab.
