handyman near Kallangur, QLD?

    Our property manager has given us a quote of $480 (Burpendary Handyman services) to
    - change a washer in a tap
    - repair broken hinges in cupboards
    - show tenants how to change downlight bulb
    - (maybe resilicone behind kitchen sink)

    Seems super expensive.
    do you know any good handypeople who'd do this fa or reasonable price.

    Burpengary Handyman is actually the GOOD one. Avoid Gold Standard Property Maintenance.

    They were certainly cheaper than the Gold Standard mob.
    Your quote above does sound excessive, but it doesn't go into full detail - how many hinges etc are required to be fixed/replaced.
