Been posting a bit on Somersoft.
My main interest and question is: Have you found neutral to positive CF properties recently?

We're making plans to leave Australia for quite a while. Not now, in 5 years. And would like to avoid negative geared properties.
So interested to see if any of you have found one? Looking at Brissie ATM and including depreciation obviously. Got Equity.

A lot of my clients are buying in Bris for cash flow atm, especially land to split or build a second dwelling etc.

For instant CF without much work they're buying in SA.

With the current low rate environment I'm sure there's plenty of CF+ properties around.

Check out all the usual haunts - parts of SA, Logan, Wagga (there's heaps of other regional towns too).
