Hi all, I have been a long time reader from somersoft forums minimal time poster and thought i would finally introduce myself. At the age of 23 my wife and i bought our first home and had always wanted to invest in property but like a lot was always hesitant on taking the first steps. With cars and sports my guilty pleasure, the project cars had to go. We now have one investment property and in the middle of purchasing another with hopefully more along the way, we are also building a granny flat on our PPOR all while awaiting the arrival of our second child so 2016 is a big year for us. While i have read a lot over the years with property investing I still need to get down and dirty in it to learn the ways and am definitely still a beginner, i feel there is a lot more we can improve on and hope to gain that knowledge from these forums and the like minded people on them.
