    I didn’t pursue the investment as I didn’t want the problems and reputation that goes with this kind of property.
    yeah but if you stop frequenting this place so often the problem will go away and your reputation will improve :)

    Yep, just rechecked the advert, in one breath it's VP & in the next it's tenanted at 8%.

    What can you expect if the agent's name is (F)Laky?
