Good PM on Central Coast (Woy Woy & Wyong)

Hello Members,
could anyone recommend a good PM servicing Woy Woy Peninsula and Wyong, pls?

I've got 2 IPs there - ideally I'd award them both to the same agent provided he is really up to the job and doesn't charge through the roof.

Hi Alatus,

I am using Ray White to manage an IP in Wyong and they are doing a good job so far.
I never had an issue with my IP and this is mostlywhen things go south that you can really appreciate the quality of your PM.
But so far I am happy and they are well priced.

I use Ray White at Point Clare. Next suburb out. Fee is 6.6% incl GST. PM on my account has done fine by me- comms always have clear next steps, ask for my input, or gives her recommendation. Basics that surprisingly few previously sacked agents dont do.

Ray White Point Clare has churned a few managers since my last post. No issues with the tenant tho so the change in staff hasnt been that terrible- par for the course in property management land...
