Hi All, Can anybody share their experience investing in Beachside Walk up brick 2-1-1 units in GC in areas from Surfers Paradise - Coolangatta. things of particular interest to me would be: -Capital Gain -Cashflow +/- -Issues with Vacancy (if any) considering the vast amount of high rise -Would you purchase it again/something similar in 2020 Cheers!
Bumping this thread as I'm currently looking at the exact same criteria for a GC walk up with a 450k budget Stock levels seem quite low around mermaid beach/Burleigh/palm beach/tugan for this price range. There's lot's of FOMO within my social circle/work colleagues (I live on GC) with all the news of "booming" house prices
