Hi all. There is a dedicated Brisbane thread already and some bits and pieces on GC, so I thought id kick off a thread dedicated to GC and SC. Historically GC had been a rocky place to invest in, but has been a warm topic ATM, with many property commentators, podcasts and characters such as Nathan B talking about it.. I don't have much knowledge of either area to share but hoping to learn more..
Unsure about GC but there is a bit going on up in Sunshine Coast with the Oceanside hub project and the $1.8b Kawana University hospital set to be complete by late 2016. These project should bring thousands of jobs to the region during and after construction is complete. Keeping my eye on it. I'm familiar with the areas but haven't done any research in the Sunshine Coast for a while. Will be good to see some people's opinions.
