    We have been looking for a new PPOR the last 6 months, wow it has changed. We have gone from 20 plus people at open homes to 1 or 2 in the new year, is it a buyers market??

    Literally no buyers in older parts of town around Southport and Labrador when i went up two weeks ago :D opportunities everywhere at the right price.
