    Can anyone recommend a decent property manager on the Gold coast? Looking for someone who communicates promptly and knows what they're doing. Mine was good but have experienced very poor communication lately. Prefer a small family owned biz vs a franchise

    Good luck. I long for the day I meet a PM who at least has the decency to respond to emails and voicemails

    I'm sure there are a few on this forum who would, but my real life experience is that they are few and far between.

    +1 for @Tom Rivera but not sure he covers the whole Gold Coast, check with him.
    I have also used Lia Juriansz from Robina Village in the past.
    These two are directors of their own small business and both outstanding agents.
