    Hi all,
    I am in the process of buying a stand alone house as a PPR. I am looking for an experienced renovator to do some strategic renovations for potential uplift in functional and market value of the property. Can anyone please recommend a renovator in GC?

    We are looking to replace the existing carpeted floor, fencing, painting, kitchen and toilet reno. In future, we might be looking at doing an enclosed patio in our backyard.
