QLD Gold Coast 2021

North Gold coast is doing very well for what it is. Upper Coomera is seeing 4x2x2 on 600m2 average no frills build with no pool selling 600-650k. These properties were sub 400k 12-18 months ago.

 

Seeing the same in the owner-occupier estates of Pimpama (Gainsborough Green and Pacific Cove), no frills no pool 4x2x2 on 450sqm well into the 600s

 

Sorry my original post should have read sub 500k, not 400. Things aren’t that good lol.

 

I’ve also watched this year standard 4x2x2 homes in Pacific Pines on 700sqm blocks rocket up from the 500s into the high 600s by July/August and now into the mid-700s.

A lot of chatter about Brisbane, but the northern GC suburbs are taking off.

I don’t think they are moving out to make a profit . I have a feeling it’s not a super practical house to live in with kids lol.

 

Fair enough. It is a lovely looking home, but wouldn't suit me.

 

The chatter has always been about Brisbane for last 5 years on property chat. Nowhere else exits

 

This is impressive result $935k just for land in Robina now.

The owner subdivided it they did well.

Saw that one. The August sale prices are starting to flow through, thought it had plateaued but definitely not. Postcode 4209 going crazy!

 

These are the cheapest “big”’houses on the GC now . Makes sense the prices will rise . Looks a bargain if you are moving from Sydney or Melbourne!

 

I like Canungra ! I think that’s cheap now if houses are selling for 800k in Pimpama and Upper Coomera!
