But of course I will do a cursory survey in the area.

Well, we will wait for your expert opinion on the place once in there.

That is provided you can find your way out :)

Just a thought, Orchard hills is directly across from Glenmore park golf course/club, this area has been or is the processes of being approved for subdivision it's quite a large area, actually it's huge

I'm now in glenmore Park... Looks like a new area. But it's dark. I'm near ridgetop drive...is this a good area?

Did you lock your doors driving through? :)
That's one of the more recent stages. I did some landscaping on the other side of the Creek in the newest stage.
Mcmansionville :D small blocks big houses

With glenmore it's appeal and desirability is "easy exit" .needs to be close to the main roads out eg mulgoa, northern rds you could probably find numbers to show price differences to some degree to.

You can see on giggle maps the roof colors and lay out. Early stages were go cart tracks tight and windy, now they are opening it up a bit more over the end you're at. Not much but they've gone for more practical design

I am no expert, but that side seems to have advantage of being able to take multiple paths to exit.

Yeah, I do not mind it & I do not travel at peak times.....lot of other areas close by too that seem good to great places to live.

We will be back this weekend for month 2, keep looking and learning, may even shoot over the mountains if not much to look at, 2hr 50mins to a nice place I know :)

On the side the Bradley st entry has only been there ~2 years. And it's different looking on the map, it's windy and tight. Do the drive a few times and you'll get sick of it, you do get used to it though but it's like your on a boat rocking side to side. I used to fang it out of there often after midnight when it was just me and the other hoons about. Town centre to mulgoa rd could almost do with my eyes shut, riding the ripple strips like an F1 torana!

Even though your not there now :) I still would not want to live in one of the places on the main entry/exits, especially facing one of the bends where your just waiting to catch someone who has lost control.
