Numerous - but they tend to stick to the proven facts, rather than speculate about the "what might be's"

That video wasn't even over the top. He literally just presented something that has been ignored by the party for 3 years.

Maybe you just don't like the idea being portrayed?

Personally I don't agree with everything Jordan Shanks' says and understand his style isn't for everyone. I agree enough to be a Patreon supporter because he's definitely exploited a niche lacking in the mainstream media who throw too many straight balls to the Libs rather than the curve balls needed for a healthier democratic environment.
I'd bet significantly fewer people would be aware of Gladys' poor environmental record, her wasteful spending and some of her other questionable decisions were it not for his youtube channel.

He is polarising - and very "American conservative" for a Liberal, which is out of flavour after the recent US experiment

Not sure about that. The election is another 18 months away, not to mention that Dominic will not have everything his own way, as he will rely on his MPs to support him.

Looking at the party voting, 39 vs 5 votes meant he had full support from the party. The 5 votes could just be there to show that it was a competitive process.

Given you live in his electorate, you can write an email to him directly on your range of issues. I have written to him before (I also live in his electorate), and he was reasonably responsive.

... with three bi-elections in the meantime, that were seats held by departing popular Lib/Nat MPs. If these electorates backlash against their favoured choices stepping aside and/or the subsequent advancement of Perrottet - the LNP may not be in power for much longer.

Faith-based or Nutter? I suspect faith-based with a yearning toward patriarchy

Quite an interesting watch with discussion about the ICAC process from former assistant commissioner of ICAC Anthony Whealy. TLDR is there is a lot of work including private hearings, document requests and other investigatory work before a public hearing is considered. Even then, it has to be demonstrated that a public hearing is in the public interest for it to go ahead.

The 'star chamber' stuff is nonsense. Public hearings are a high bar.

Not related to the Berejiklian matter but to a similar tone on why we need a federal ICAC.

Barnaby Joyce rubbishes Bridgette Joyce and John Barilaro affair rumours

The relationship between Barilaro and Barnaby's daughter is not the issue here for me, the issue for me is Barnaby's daughter who is a 23 year old being given a senior role as a 'parliamentary adviser'!

IBAC Victoria says “hold my beer”

There’s a very long list in Victoria too.

Yep, Sky News' Andrew Clennell had been predicting Gladys' resignation for many many months.

There are numerous youtube clips of press conferences where Clennell takes Gladys to the cleaners.

At times it was as if he was trying to turn the press conferences into the Andrew Clennell show, making sure he would be delivering a good grab for the evening show. And then, well before Gladys resigned, he suddenly went quiet. I wonder if his journo colleagues told him to shut up?

Well, he was the only journalist who continually asked decent hard-hitting questions, so I had no issue with him being prominent in the press conference question bombardment.

I think he went quiet because he had hammered Gladys with so many questions over such a long time, that he must have given up on grilling her and/or must have known that her time to resign was approaching.

It's funny that somebody asking inquisitive, journalistic questions at a press conference was so jarring. Don't see it much these days.
