I've had a falling out with my mother and I expect her to give everything to my brother. How do I feel about it? I don't care.

In our case, it wasn't a month before, it was ten years before. And the family provision act allows estates to be chewed up in legal costs. There's an episode of Insight with families who had this exact thing happen, a couple of the families had hundreds of thousands of dollars lost to legal costs because of this act. Do you think that is "extremely fair"?
