I want to sell while still tenanted. My PM is good as a PM, but not the best selling agent. If I choose a different company to sell, could I have problems with the PM? How can I get them on my side? Any tips?

I can't see why you would have problems with the PM. I can however, see how you might have problems with your tenants.

Why would you want to sell while tenanted anyway? Usually not a good idea if you want to get the best price.

If they are professionals they will act as such, not every mgmt aegncy gets the sales gig. If they act stroppy and unprofessional then you would wonder how they act towards tenants and owners

All things going normally, you act professionally and they will as well.

Its an awkward time for the tenants as they have to let people come through for opens every week. Perhaps authorise the PM to give the sales agency a key so that they can do them without having too much back and forth.

PMs always have the owners best interest in the forefront of their minds.

We have supported owners working to sell by working collaboratively with the sales agent. This includes reassuring tenants and if the property sells to assist them to find alternate accommodation.
