VIC Getting my bond back - what should I do on my end?

    Hi Everyone,
    I have handed my keys back a few days ago and am waiting for the PM to send me the final condition report.

    As this is my first time renting in VIC, is there anything I need to do on my end? e.g do I have to fill out a form stating that I have moved out?

    The only information I have found on the Consumer Affairs website is: 'When you and your landlord/property manager or owner have agreed on how the bond will be divided, your property manager must submit a bond claim.' - so in this case I should just sit tight?
