Hi everyone, newbie here, but been in this position before. I started reading, going To seminars, etc in my early 20's. Bought and sold my first PPOR then my 2nd in my late 20's. Then finished my job and never really had a stable job/income ever since, over 10 yrs sad to say. Life got in the way, despite my intent/dream to become financially independent/free. Travelled, moved around a bit, went back to NZ for awhile, now 43 i've returned to WA and intend to build momentum and buy a PPOR then investment properties keeping in line with my plan.
