    Yet another threat to property investors from the "German State".

    - German real estate: Renters' woes are speculators' profits | DW | 02.04.2018
    "gee that's a nice piece of land thee.....shame if something was to happen to it and you couldn't get approval to build on it"

    Again we see that investors who have delayed immediate gratification and put away their income for future investment/use are being blamed as the bad guys.....

    Nothing new when a business or investors or any other asset making a lot of money and there is a growing proportion of the population felt hard done by it, people making noises and want something done about it.
