    I'm thinking you weren't even a twinkle in the eye 40 years ago. Nuff said.
    While I agree that Melbourne will inevitably develop westwards, gentrification is already well underway in Frankston.
    I know subtleties can be challenging, but that's the theme of the thread (not your family wealth and tennis lessons :p).
    My thoughts: you haven't been there and you don't follow it.
