20210617_163339.jpg I have worked with this brand for years yet this is the first time ive used this particular product. I must say ive been quite impressed! The reviews online were good and any bad ones was basically user error ( lack of prep work) i actually Degreased before an Acid clean and waited double the amount of recommended drying time. ( being winter)

Looks great. I painted the edges and rolled an epoxy internally when we were selling a house, and it looked great (no flecks), but it stank and I had to work very quickly as it went off quickly. Is this the same? Mix two chemicals and work quickly?

You can see the standard concrete floor in the pic with the paint tins. Huge difference. Pretty good for $100

The after pic isn't great, but it had a very similar look to the "before", which was patchy (but meant to be that way). It looked great in the flesh. Slightly industrial or "warehouse", almost like a polished concrete look.

Would be interesting to see how the water based goes long term for wear and marks

I have used quite a bit of the Rustoleum (solvent based) over the years including an 80m2 shed, durability wise cant fault it for the last 5 years

@Danny370z love it, looks great! Would this work on 70 year old concrete with gouges and gaps?

Be aware of hot tyre pickup if you have a high performance car with soft compound tyres. It will become a maintenance nightmare for you.

That looks good. I'd like to do that in my garage. Well not me personally, I'd rather pay someone to do a much better job than I would.

Mine is 30 years old. You will need to fill the cracks and gaps first. Then you can paint over

It does say no hot tyre pick up on the packaging. And this can still happen. However i had to sell my car (only have a work car now)
So this garage will be filed with push bikes and a mobile bar :)

The best that you will find are products that claim to be hot tyre RESISTANT, but nobody will guarantee their product as hot tyre PROOF. Win;t be a problem for you though if you aren't parking cars on it.
