Gaining access to my unit - Tenant canceled

    You arranged access without formal notice, ie access by mutual agreement. The tenant cant make it and so mutual agreement is not available until a new agreed time and date. So serve a notice of access and go along with keys.

    Bear in mind if you are removing items, I would 100% want tenant to be present as you do not want accusations of theft of personal items to be levied against you.

    Okay that makes sense. I'm sure the tenant would be more than happy for you to take your items, it probably just wasn't a good time for her. A simple 're-scheduling' of the removal date should solve the problem. :)
