Has anyone built with Frenken Homes in Victoria ? I like their prices and inclusions and seriously considering them to build 2 side by side single dwellings. I have used their designs and provided to the draftperson to start from... Frenken seems to be 10-20% less dearer, although I have not done a inclusion comparison. On enquiring , they say it’s because they don’t have overheads, no marketing and less staff unlike the big guys like Metricon, Carlisle etc
