I'm looking fwd to the sequel...Selling or losing 130 properties in X years.

The shifts in property markets, lending and economic climate incl externals like land tax, duties, absentee taxes, surcharges etc all impact what used to be easier strategies. Reading an old book and applying present issues are very very different.

I find many people read the book "Trust Magic" and it mentions loads of strategies that just arent feasible or practical when a lender says NO.

Overall, I would say many of the strategies explored in these books are either outdated or not suitable in the current lending environment.
That's not to say there won't be benefits to reading them by someone interested/starting out in property investing.
There is a diverse enough range of viewpoints between these titles so plenty of material for the new reader to compare & contrast (hopefully not to the point of paralysis by analysis!).

My favourite of the bunch is Millionaire by Steve McKnight alongside his 'Uncle Stu'. It's an easy read full of entertaining anecdotes, sprinkled with a few gold nuggets.

Have found a taker; books will be shipped out tonight.
Thanks to all who were interested.

Merry Xmas & Happy New Year!
